Agent Business Program Workshop - 4 Participants

A practical, small-group program designed to help livestock and wool agency businesses gain clarity, make better decisions and plan for what's next.

When and where?

  • Thursday 27 August 2026: Welcome Session & Meet & Greet Dinner (from 4:30pm)
  • Friday 28 August 2026: Interactive Business Program Workshop (8:00am – 3:30pm*)
  • Two Doors Hamilton. Hamilton, Victoria. 

*Final timings and venue details will be confirmed prior to the event.

Your registration:

  • $1799 AUD including GST per business

Registration includes up to four people from the same business. We encourage key decision-makers to attend where possible, so you can work through your priorities together and be on the same page for the decisions and actions ahead.

What's included:

  • Welcome Session on Thursday evening.
  • Full-day interactive workshop on Friday.
  • Morning tea and lunch during the workshop.
  • Workbook and supporting resources.
  • 1.5-hour online Strategy Session after the workshop.
  • Opportunity to continue with the Agent Business Program following the workshop.

What you need to bring and organise:

  • We’ll provide a workbook for the workshop, so there’s nothing specific you need to bring. You may like to bring a notebook or device for any additional notes.
  • Please arrange your own accommodation in Hamilton if required.

Please note: The Thursday evening Meet & Greet Dinner is optional and at participants' own expense ($50 per person payable on the evening). Accommodation is not included. 

This workshop is designed to stand on its own. While participants will have the opportunity to continue with the Agent Business Program afterwards, there is no obligation to do so.
