What if I change my mind? 

If you’ve signed up for the Agent Business Program Workshop, it means something has resonated with you, you’ve identified a need, and you’ve committed to doing something about it.

We also understand that life happens. If you can no longer attend, here’s how we handle cancellations and changes:

Our preferred option: transfer
If something comes up, the first and best option is to transfer your registration to something else, whether that’s a 1:1 Strategy Session, a Sounding Board session, or joining the Agent Business Program.
You can also transfer your place to another eligible person at no additional cost.

If you’ve already had your 1:1 session
If you’ve already had your 1:1 Strategy Session with Gordon and are no longer able to attend the workshop, you are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a $50 administration fee. Alternatively, you may transfer your remaining investment to another suitable program or service.

If cancelling before the workshop
If you cancel:

• 10 days or fewer before the event: No refund is available.
• More than 10 days out, but after your 1:1 session: See above.
• Before your 1:1 session and before the Monday of workshop week: A 20% cancellation fee applies, allowing us time to offer your place to someone on our waiting list.
• All requests must be submitted via email to gordon.stone@abdi.com.au, and each circumstance will be reviewed individually.

We’ve intentionally kept the group size small to provide a tailored and high-impact experience. Your place is valuable, and we want to ensure it goes to someone who will benefit if your plans change.
