Real Results From Real Agri-Businesses

"ABDI provided me with an easy, step-by-step strategy to improve my business and gave me confidence to get the ball rolling for the next stage of our organics agribusiness."
Leo MacleanÂ
Soft Agriculture/Mara Seeds

"ABDI helped me become crystal clear on where to head the business.
I now know EXACTLY what the business will do for its clients, exactly where the business is headed and have very clear goals and a pathway to get there."
Chris Temsen
Regional Manager, Peracto

"We are thrilled to be back working with Gordon and the ABDI Team as we take our businesses to another level. While my husband Hayden is very focused on clarifying and implementing our goals, I'm keen for a refresher on âmanaging the business side of thingsâ. Our initial strategy sessions are reminding us about refining the business best practices we learned during the CEO Mentoring Program. (I've just been reminded about Highest Dollar Productive Zone and divisionalising the business). We're both focussed on maximising the potential of our livestock agency business partnership and we feel that refreshing these principles is helping us streamline and fortify our approach to achieving this."
