This isnât a motivational talk or business theory session. Itâs a practical, high-touch and personal, hands-on workshop to get your next quarter (and the rest of FY 2026 - that's from July 2025 to June 2026) sorted. Youâll work on your business, not just in it, with structure, support, and people who get what youâre going through.
Whether youâre just getting back into planning or looking for a fresh way to stay accountable, this is your opportunity to build a clear game plan â and make it stick!

We keep it small with limited spaces on purpose.
This ensures you get tailored guidance and maximum value from the facilitators and your peers.

Meet Your Hosts & Event Facilitator
Gordon Stone,
Gordon has operated in the agri-business sector since 1991. He has exceptional skills in Getting His Clients Clear On:
- â Their Business Goals and End-Game
- Their Strategy â of how theyâre going to get from ⌠Where They Are NOW ⌠To Where THEY WANT To BE
- â In other words, helping them to define their Road-Map ⌠of their Journey Forwards.
He is a Master Facilitator â facilitating the open-conversations necessary to help clients work through these thorny issues. He helps them break complex, confronting concepts and even inter-personal or family uncertainties, into bite-sized chunks. This helps clients, business partners, family members and business program group members work things through bit-by-bit.
Gordon shines in business-group settings where group members of like-minded people, can bounce ideas off him, his team and other group members so even complex concepts can become manageable and clear for clients to work through and gain clarity, resolution and confidence on their steps forwards.

Teleatha Werner â Mixed Enterprise:
Cattle & Grain, QLD
âABDI has provided Matt and myself with an insight into how a mainstream business is run and how we can implement these strategies into running our agri-business. We now know the important part of our business to work on and have left today with a clear view on our vision.â

Michael McMahon - Abbotsleigh CitrusÂ
The face-to-face meetings have been excellent â as I can interact with other like-minded people in agriculture who face similar challenges. The program is thought provoking and has delivered clear key take-home messages that I can and have put into action â and I can see will make a huge difference to our future. Thanks Gordon! .
