You already know how to work hard.
That's not the problem.
Real business issues. Honest conversations. The right people around the table.

The business is moving forward.
So why does everything still come back to you?
The staff issue. The cash flow. The customer who needs an answer. The market that keeps changing.
The phone that's still ringing at 8pm. The weekend you were meant to spend with the family.
And somewhere amongst it all, there's another opportunity, another decision, another responsibility that lands on your shoulders.
You're good at what you do. People rely on you. But that doesn't mean you should have to carry every decision alone.
When was your last preseason?
Professional athletes don't expect to perform season after season without stopping to reset, retrain and prepare for what's ahead.
They go back to basics. Review what's working, work on what needs improving and prepare for Plan A, B and C.
So why should running a business be any different?
The ABDI Agribusiness Boardroom includes three two-day interactive workshops over 18 months, giving you dedicated time away from the day-to-day to step back, take a fresh look at your business and focus on what matters.
But a reset is only the beginning.
Between workshops, twice-monthly Boardroom sessions keep those conversations going, challenge your thinking, review progress and help you stay accountable for the decisions you've made.
The workshop gives you the reset.
The Boardroom makes sure it sticks.
Â
Is the ABDI Agribusiness Boardroom right for you?

âABDI has provided Matt and myself with an insight into how a mainstream business is run and how we can implement these strategies into running our agri-business. We now know the important part of our business to work on and have left today with a clear view on our vision.â
Michael McMahon - Abbotsleigh CitrusÂ
The face-to-face meetings have been excellent â as I can interact with other like-minded people in agriculture who face similar challenges. The program is thought provoking and has delivered clear key take-home messages that I can and have put into action â and I can see will make a huge difference to our future. Thanks Gordon! .

Megan King, partner King Cattle Company and Hartwig & Bliss Livestock & Property Sales
"We are thrilled to be back working with Gordon and the ABDI Team as we take our businesses to another level. While my husband Hayden is very focused on clarifying and implementing our goals, I'm keen for a refresher on âmanaging the business side of thingsâ. Our initial strategy sessions are reminding us about refining the business best practices we learned during the CEO Mentoring Program. (I've just been reminded about Highest Dollar Productive Zone and divisionalising the business). We're both focussed on maximising the potential of our livestock agency business partnership, and we feel that refreshing these principles is going to help us streamline and fortify our approach to achieving this."
