Understanding Your Business

The word ‘business’ means many things to many people. It’s what ABDI calls a ‘generic term’.

To some, it means “producing a product”. To others it loosely refers to ‘managing people’; or ‘to ‘managing money’; or ‘managing cash-flow / turning a profit’.

They’re all valid, however at ABDI we have a holistic business framework called the ABDI 12-Pillars of Business Best Practice. If you were to talk to a Lender or an Investor, they would want you to be 100% clear on your activities for each of those 12-Pillars. Here’s a copy of the Framework.

In this Webinar we’ll be briefly reviewing each Pillar, so at the very least you ‘can stand in your lender’s shoes’.
