It’s designed to offer a short, sharp, intensive program that minimises your time away from the farm, business or workplace.

Its Purpose is to open your eyes to “the Business Side of Things”.

What's included?

A 2-day face-to-face workshop in your region – that will provide:

  • Practical, Proven Information on “the Business Side of Things” – drawing on our more than 15 years knowledge from working directly with agri-sector clients and helping them grow their businesses
  • The Opportunity to Meet and Work with like-minded business owners – and industry specialists
  • A Workbook and other materials – so that you can develop a Business Resilience Plan to access grant and low interest (or commercial) loan funds.

Afterwards, you have the option to participate in ongoing online learning:

  • From your own home
  • Using Templates and systems we’ve developed for and with clients
  • So you can use them in your own business.
